We realize urgent medical needs and questions don't always arise during business hours. If you need to contact us after hours, please call our main number at 972-331-1900 and request that the individual on-call be contacted for you.
Our Location
Our building is Forest Park Medical Tower and is the tallest of the buildings within Forest Park Medical Center, and the closest to Forest Lane. One of the easiest ways to locate our offices is to look for Dougherty's Pharmacy. From the exterior of the building, the pharmacy's signage is placed "on" our offices. From inside the building, we are directly above the pharmacy on the second floor.
If you are unable to find parking in the front of the buildings, there is a parking garage behind our offices. Parking is free.
