Location
The office is located on the seventh floor of Building C of Medial City Dallas at Forest Lane and U.S. 75 in North Dallas. Park in the covered parking near Building C. The hospital is located in Building A of the complex.

Driving Directions from DFW Airport
- Exit DFW Airport: Take the North Exit and follow signs to 121 North
- Take the I-635 East exit
- Go East on I-635 to U.S. 75 South (North Central Expressway)
- Exit I-635 onto U.S. 75 heading South
- Take U.S. 75 South to Exit 8a - Forest Lane
- Turn right onto Forest Lane, heading West
- Medical City Dallas is immediately on your right
- Turn right into the Main Entrance and either valet park at Building C or park in the lot directly opposite Building C
- Exit Love Field Airport: Turn left onto Mockingbird Lane, going West
- Stay on Mockingbird and go all the way to U.S. 75.
- Travel up U.S. 75 North to Exit 8a - Forest Lane
- Turn left onto Forest Lane, heading West
- Medical City Dallas is immediately on your right
- Turn right into the Main Entrance and either valet park at Building C or park in the lot directly opposite Building C
