Karen Wiltin, PA-C, attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She then continued her graduate work at the University of North Texas for a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience. In addition, she completed post-bachelor work in Biochemistry at the University of Texas in Austin. Karen completed her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Marywood University in Pennsylvania. Karen was awarded the opportunity to participate in an Emergency Medicine Preceptorship at George Washington University in Washington D.C.
Karen worked at a Level Two Trauma Hospital in Denver, Colorado as a surgical Physician Assistant in Neurosurgery for seven years. She was a first surgical assist for both spinal and cranial surgeries. She then spent two years working as a clinical Physician Assistant in Neurology in Lone Tree, Colorado.
Karen and her family recently moved to Texas. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters and has a passion for competing in triathlons.
